Usually a very simple process by discreetly installing some ethernet cable from your Sky Q locations back to where your ISP router is situated. Once connected to the new hardwired network, we will

manually configure each of your Sky Q devices ensuring they do not use the Sky WiFi network. This in turn will free up some WiFi channels for the rest of your home WiFi network.
